1. Agreement and Overview

By placing an order with us you confirm that you have read understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms please contact our support team at mercierstoreteam@gmail.com prior to ordering.

  • Governing Law: These terms and your use of this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights remain fully protected.
  • UK Focus: This website and its terms are tailored for users within the United Kingdom. While international enquiries and orders are welcome we do not warrant that ordering from outside the UK complies with local laws. Non-permitted local promotions or products are not offered.

2. Orders and Contracts

A formal sales contract between Mercier Limited Company Registration Number 10965583 and the customer is established only when an order is accepted at which point your card is charged for dispatch.

  • Product prices availability and delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders received before 1:00 PM are typically dispatched the some working days subject to stock availability and delivery options chosen.

3. Payment and Taxes

We accept secure online payments via Visa Mastercard American Express Apple Pay Delta and Switch. All transactions are processed in British Pounds sterling.

  • VAT: Prices include UK Value Added Tax at the standard rate of 20 percent where applicable. Orders shipped outside the EC are zero-rated for VAT.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders destined outside the EC may incur local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are solely your responsibility.

4. Stock and Delivery Guarantee

We strive to keep live stock accurate across all active ranges. However if an item is out of stock you will be notified via email.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. We accept no direct or indirect liability for delivery delays outside of our control.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Cooling-Off Period: You can change your mind and cancel your online order up to 14 days after delivery running from the date of the final item delivery if ordered in multiple parts.
  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-order will ship during the specified timeframe. Pre-order items cannot be refunded prior to delivery receipt.
  • Sales and Discounts: Only one discount code or offer can be applied per order. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange store credit or note only rather than cash refunds.

6. Product Conformity and Accuracy

We make every effort to display product specifications accurately. However minor variations in color may occur depending on your individual computer monitor or browser software settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law neither Mercier Limited nor its associates shall be liable for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profits or savings arising from website usage website disruptions data download corruption or product use or resale.
